Bob,
I was wrong, I won't be able to make the tournament. We have Initiation night, and highway clean up that day.
Sorry,
Brian

Old Man Bob,
I might be able to come down that weekend and help out with the tournament. That is, if you need it.

It looks like Richland has gotten past Fordland most likely again! I didn't know how it would go since Fordland and Richland lost all 4 starters I think.
But, maybe Fordland just had a bad game, I guess we will see!

Well, I guess I can understand that, but if i remember correctly, we had teams that never had a team from the start of the year. Does that mean the school just signed them up for the activity just because? I thought that would cost money? Just curious, I'm trying to learn as much as possible, about ...

I have a Prom to attend that weekend, so no such luck for me... Well at least you don't have to pick between districts and prom, like what we have to. I'm just glad we are hosting districts, that way I can do both, but It's going to be a long day for me We had to choose between prom and state two y...

If you think there will be terrible one-liners in college you're in for a rude awakening. Not even CBI, in all their naive horror, would have done that. No, instead CBI had questions that have a line or two of impossible information before "FTP name this curved yellow fruit" That rhymes w...

I am merely saying that I enjoyed speed questions like bob's and avery's, more than the current pyramidal style, yes I complain about them all the time, but eventually I'll adapt.

Why does MSHSAA insist on putting teams in districts that don't even have a functional team? That's what I don't understand.

I played maybe 4 tournaments that were pyramidal during HS and Jr. High, then districts and state senior year. The extreme change didn't agree with me.

Old man,
I voted retire, because that's what you should do!
I thought your questions were great, yours and AVERY's were definitely my two favorite, after AVERY lost the contract quizbowl went in the wrong direction for Missouri High School Quiz Bowl.
Just figured I'd throw this out there.
