Kirksville tourney on the 26th? Who's coming? Need any help? I'm certain Baker and I are available.

Are there no tournaments for Class-2 in the Springfield area? My school never goes to ANY aside from Conference and District and I'm kind of wondering how we can wind up with a 13-3 (6 regular season, district/conference games) and TJ can wind up with like 25-0 (same 6 game season).

There are a few down there, like Nixa, but they can be hard to find. Check the MACA site to see if there are any close to you. I feel your pain; we (Viburnum) left before 6 am to get to tourneys several times last year.

Well TJ is making the drive to Rolla on the 5th of march there is still room to if you guys want to come. The other private school in Joplin (name is forgetting me at the moment) made the drive last year as well.

If it is within our budget we might go but i think with the tax levy not passing we might not go.

College Heights most likely..

I do not have the power to determine these things, being a sophomore and all. But can somebody "invite" McAuley if they get the right information?

I'll ask Mrs. Collins.

Ben Baker? He was on the team when I was a freshman. Back when he had hair.

I believe he's referring to Brian Baker (moderatorguy), originally from Hannibal.

Same problem I ran into. Put constant pressure on your coach.

We never went to anything besides conference and district before last year; I don't know if we ever got invites or not.

The sad thing is you guys would only have to pay $35. You might see if the players can pay the entry fee and have the school pick up the travel expenses. email me at wcsq4f@umr.edu if you would like

Only $35? Wow. They really just don't want to travel. Perhaps heavier persuasion is in order, both my coaches said that we don't go to tournys because 1) the money 2) travel. Maybe someone could call and ask them nicely?

McAuley's site contact information top of the page...

The pressure should be from you guys, the more you complain about not going the more you complain the more likely you can go. The thing i could say would go over well is TJ goes all over the state and they win state titles
