Vista won't allow me to get in the Chat Room here because it can't verify its publisher. Is there a way around that?

Found this idea that might help, assuming you're using IE:
Internet Options
Security
Custom level
Active X Controls and Plug ins
where I then enabled "automatic prompting"
Further down the menu, you can see "download signed actve X controls" and "download unsigned active X controls"
If you put "prompt" in both those it may help your actve X problem.
I'm assuming since it says "Windows" it doesn't matter what browser you use. What browser are you using?

Of course, you shouldn't be using IE anyway.

Use Firefox or Opera.
