Thought I'd start this thread, since I plan to help out on that date. (Hope you got my PM, Tim.)

yeah, I just figured it out today. I sent you about a dozen back (actually I think it was about two) but I don't know if they worked. anyway, it starts at 9:00 and if you email Mrs. Collins she'll give you more details. I think the plan is for Brian to moderate and you to time.

I don't know who's going, though. We had some pretty good teams (eg Helias) last year but of course they've got the tournament going on. I'm hoping it won't just be all the little schools from 20 miles away. Last I heard, Kirksville's going to enter 2 teams.

Results:
1) Kirksville
2) Scotland County (Memphis)
3) Schuyler County
4) Davis County (IA) B
5) Davis County (IA) A
6) Chillicothe

It was pretty much the Tim Carroll show. Kirksville won all five of their games handily, taking care of the smaller schools. Despite this disparity, I might safely speculate that Scotland County will give South Shelby a scare in districts.

David, has Chillicothe been the basement dwellers of the MEC lately?

Yeah, I was disappointed that the spread was so big in all those games. I wish a few largeish schools had been able to come. But we played well in all the games but one, I thought, and I got to play some four square. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday.
