Re: 2016 NAQT HSNCT - May 27-29 in Dallas
Hickman qualifies for playoffs for the third year in a row after 8 games played with a 6-2 record! Rock Bridge A and Washington A are both 5-3 and Lee's Summit West, Helias A, and St. Joseph Central are 4-4. All others are eliminated. There is significant lag in results being reported and posted as it appears one section of the tournament is a full round behind another. It may be awhile before we get confirmation about the five remaining schools in the hunt.

Lee's Summit West is also eliminated. Last team undecided is St. Joseph Central at 5-4. Those matches are always the most intense to read at the end of a long, long day.

And they lost on the last question. Washington goes 7-3. Not sure about final records for our other two playoff teams. Awesome day to all involved! So proud of all of you!

And Hickman's run closes with a loss in Round 20 to Chattahoochie A. They finished with a trophy and tied for 23rd I believe?
Edit: Hickman is tied for 21st.

William Gentry also will get a trophy for being a sophomore rising star after being the third highest scoring sophomore not in the top 30.

Hunter beats TJ (VA) in overtime to win the national title. And that kids ... is why ... you play ... EVERY. LAST. POINT.
