The results look excellent. I love how the college tournaments post them online like that. I like to keep the full results in my archives.
Thanks. We loved the tournament. I wish I had asked who was who, so I could place Decard Cain, Sco Bo . . . . Any help?

Follow up question:
Do you use a program to organize these statisitics? And is that available?

I was the stat guy who was basically stuck behind the computer in H-SS G5 all day.
The stat program all the colleges use is SQBS, available for free download at that link

DeckardCain is Matt Chadbourne, who I believe heads UMR ACO

We will hopefully have access to our website again soon. ITS screwed up majorly and we can´t get into our account to edit the page .. therefore we have had no updates since last year and nowhere to host stats or anything.
SQBS is great though

Kent, if you have the SQBS files, we could host those on our webspace until you get yours fixed.
I should probably point out that the online stats rank teams according to won-loss record and points per game, not final playoff standings, so the team rankings aren't completely accurate. (For example, South Pemiscot actually got 4th place in the small-school division, not 10th, due to their wins being in the playoffs.)
And John is correct - I am Matt Chadbourne, tournament director yesterday and president of UMR ACO.

I'll gladly host your SQBS reports either on the UMR ACO website or on scobo.net; doesn't matter to me which one

You gave me an idea... and it didn't take long to get implemented
My stat program (Tournament Central) now supports SQBS report uploading!
UMR Demo Results Page
(Note-the Rollapalooza events were just testing the program by entering Rollapalooza stats)
I was just going to make an SQBS upload service available but I realized since I already had the login system already figured out for Tournament Central I just made it an additional feature.
And this is what I do with my first free day in weeks... I have no life

How do you open .aspx files?
UMR Spring Tourney 3/3/07
I am reporting now from sunny south Florida. The plan tomorrow is to get a picture with So Taguchi ... that is my goal for this trip.
That would be great if we could get hooked up with that tournament central program. I will talk to you on MSN sometime, Jeff about that and the separate Truman question DB or whatever you wanted to do with that.
Thanks a lot !

I still need to set up a question database for you, but you can actually create your own Tournament Central database here.

Crap it doesn't work with filenames that have spaces in them...
I know why; you'll have to re-upload them as soon as I fix it
--edit--
Should now work fine with filenames with spaces, and it should also be working in Firefox now. Doesn't help when the .aspx file that feeds the SQBS pages was based off of one set up to feed images (which is why Firefox was trying to download the .aspx file instead of showing it in the browser)

That's totally different. I want you to lose simply because you're my competition. The feeling is surely mutual. But when you aren't our competition I actually like hearing about you winning. But Mitchell, his whole demeanor just on principle makes me want him to lose. It's like when hot, attention seeking girls say "I'm fat" or "I'm ugly" I always agree with them, because their attention seeking annoys me.
