I had a lot of fun despite being on a major neg train the entire day. Thank you, Itamar, for arranging this and to everyone who staffed!

Stats: I did notice that our final game is not in. It's the only game when I didn't neg at all is the only reason I even noticed it missing :-P

I am not a fan of bad quiz bowl anywhere, but at least there IS a tournament scene in Southeast Missouri. I hate to sound like I endorse what goes on there because I do not. However, five game tournaments are infinitely better than the "dual" system that is still going on in Northeast Miss...

The only problem is that Charlie cannot solve all the infighting going on even if he were to take on a huge role in this. Hopefully things will simmer down through the course of the next year. Just for clarification, teams attending this mirror are required to submit a packet unless they meet the new player exemption. I realize this is being held the same weekend as WUHSAC but hopefully we can still pull a good draw. I would love to see some of the newer programs in the state make it up f...

I am actually off work on Saturday night so that probably works best for me...but some friends were talking of going on a float trip...so I need to check on that before I say for sure I can make it. Friday and Sunday work for me, but I have to work at 9 both nights so I'm less likely to come down.
